130 de ani de la naşterea profesorului Dimitrie A. Stan, un real exemplu de distincţie şi professionalism (130 years since the birth of professor Dimitrie A. Stan, a genuine example of distinction and professionalism)

Professor Dimitrie A. Stan had a professional activity of over 60 years: he designed important  constructions, had a long academic activity during the period 1927–1965, he collaborated professionally with great specialists, Romanian and foreign, he had a remarkable editorial activity. He successfully crossed the change of regime produced in Romania after the Second World War, constituting an authentic example of discretion, seriousness, professionalism and real academic continu ity, which deserves to be evoked and presented to younger specialists of recent generations. As director of the Buildings Service within the Romanian Telephone Company Ltd. during the period 1930–1947, he had a major contribution in the construction of the important built heritage of this company, of which the most important objective was the Palace of the Telephones in Bucharest, inaugurated on April 24, 1933.
